It is a machine in which shredding, kneading and cooking can be combined. It has a PLC controlled automation equipment with a goods handling capacity of 80 KG. The main blade is speed controlled. Optionally, it can be double-speed. Features such as odor absorbing vacuum unit, direct and indirect steam system are standard. Depending on the product to be processed, a balancing tank with a heating/cooling wall and agitator, lobed trabfer pump, internal CIP unit, tubular cooling exchanger can be added to the machine. In addition to the production of cream cheese, it is also used in the production of various pastes such as hazelnut and pistachio, sauces such as ketchup, mayonnaise, marmalade and chocolate.
