Pre-washing, detergent washing, rinsing, and air blowing are its four operational segments. The materials are made entirely of stainless steel, type AISI 304. It is equipped with drawer-type easily removable filters. Spraying manifolds are easily removable, and v-jet nozzles made of stainless steel are utilized. There are options for steam or electric water heating. A touch screen that works with a PLC basis is on the operator panel. Both washing temperature and conveyor speed are simply adjustable.
